Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I have to admit I am somewhat surprised by your comment about the smoking rooms as there are no smoking rooms in our hotel at all and all the rooms are also recently fully refurbished.

Therefore I cannot imagine where the trace of smoking could come from. Please note that we indeed do have strict non-smoking policy which is daily followed thourgh all the hotel.

I am sorry for there must have been a misunderstanding with the bedding type you wished for as we normally have antiallergic bedding and provide it to our guests when requested.

Please accept my apologies for this. Also the cleanliness of our hotel is normally very much appreciated by our guests and we do strongly focus on this.
